Description
This deer is my first step into seriously using Cold Porcelain made from white glue and cornstarch. The dough is very pliable, and readily bonds with other pieces (wet or dry) with the simple application of water. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a sturdy air-dry compound that isn't as pricey as epoxy.
I made this deer in a stylized fashion similar to the coyote I made a few years back. Each section was made separately and then allowed to dry. Once complete it was sanded and buffed to a smooth finish. The deer is painted with Citadel acrylic paints and sealed with a gloss coat.

I like the design. It doesn't sound like it'd be very sturdy, so that's surprising.
